I’m Daniela Marque. I started DM House Cleaning in Kenilworth in 2019, and I’m personally involved in each visit. We work as the same small crew, without subcontractors, so you know who is coming into your home.
DM House Cleaning is owned and run by Daniela Marque, who has been cleaning homes in New Jersey since 2019. The business operates under P4 One LLC, the registered company behind the DM House Cleaning name, which also takes care of this website.
Our work includes recurring cleaning, first visits that need more time, homes between moves and offices with their own checklist. Each has a different scope. We talk through yours before we book.

The right scope for the space.
Our residential guide has 54 points. It helps us agree the work; it does not add every extra to every visit. Offices use a separate checklist.
Deep cleaning
Extra time for buildup and first visits that need it. Oven, fridge and cabinet interiors remain separately quoted extras.
Your product preferences
The agreed rooms stay the same. Tell us which products to use and whether you need fragrance-free options before booking.
Empty rooms & key dates
Move-in is before the boxes. Move-out is before key return. We agree access and a one-time quote; we do not guarantee a deposit refund.
Timing changes the job
Airbnb visits need checkout and check-in times. Post-renovation visits start after the trades leave: fine dust, no debris hauling.
Office cleaning
Workstations, restrooms, breakrooms and floors follow the commercial list. We agree access, scope and timing for the office.
Clear expectations
Small details that matter before booking.
The 24-hour reporting window
If an agreed item was missed, write within 24 hours. We re-clean that item free while we still have access. This is a reporting deadline, not a promise to return that day.
Scheduling & changes
House-cleaning hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. We confirm the slot first. Give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Office timing is agreed separately.
Products & photos
Tell us your product preferences before booking. Photos of our work are available only if requested before we start.
Insurance & accountability
DM House Cleaning is operated by P4 One LLC, NJ MBE #A0654-63. We carry $1,000,000 general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
