Terms of Service

These terms describe how DM House Cleaning provides house cleaning services. By requesting a quote, booking a cleaning, or using this website, you agree to the terms below. They're written in plain language because that's how we work.

1. Who we are

DM House Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our") is a family-owned house cleaning service based in Kenilworth, NJ 07033, operated by P4 One LLC. Questions about these terms: info@dmhousecleaning.com or (908) 758-8951.

2. Quotes and booking

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (home size, bathrooms, condition, frequency). Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. A booking is confirmed when we agree on a date, time, and price — by phone, text, or email.

3. Access to your home

You agree to provide reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the home at the agreed time, we may need to reschedule, and a repeated same-day lockout may be billed as a visit.

4. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation

  • You may reschedule or cancel a visit at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) can be paused or stopped at any time — just tell us before your next scheduled visit.
  • We may occasionally need to reschedule for illness, weather, or emergencies; we'll give you as much notice as we can and priority rebooking.

5. Payment

Payment is due at or after each completed visit, by the method we agree on. Prices for recurring plans stay as quoted unless the scope of the home or the service changes — and any change is discussed with you first.

6. Our satisfaction guarantee

If something from our checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we'll come back and make it right at no charge. That's the guarantee: we re-clean the missed area — it is not a promise of refunds for completed work performed as described.

7. What we need from you

  • Secure pets that may be anxious around visitors.
  • Put away valuables, cash, and irreplaceable items before a visit.
  • Tell us about fragile items, surfaces needing special products, or anything we should know.

8. Damage and issues

We treat your home like our own. If something is damaged during a visit, tell us within 48 hours and we'll work with you in good faith to resolve it — repair, replacement, or adjustment as appropriate. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions (loose fixtures, unstable shelving, prior wear) that we could not reasonably know about.

9. Photos

We take before/after photos of the areas we clean as part of our quality process and share them with you after each visit. We only use photos publicly (for example, in our gallery) without identifying your home or address, and never photos that show personal or identifying items.

10. Website

This website is provided as-is for information and quote requests. We work to keep information current, but pricing and availability are confirmed only when we speak with you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of New Jersey.
