Two visits, your choice

• Final clean, after the contractor has finished, cleared the debris and left: we clean the whole space top to bottom.
• Touch-up (optional), just before move-in or opening day: a quick pass for the dust that settles after furniture and equipment arrive.

What we clean

• Construction dust on every reachable surface, ledge, door frame and baseboard.
• Vents, light fixtures and high areas up to what a 6-foot step ladder safely reaches (about 10 feet).
• Inside glass, window frames and sills, and leftover stickers and labels on new fixtures.
• Restrooms, the kitchenette, and floors vacuumed and mopped, then a final walk-through with you.

Good to know

• We start once the work is finished, the debris is gone, power and water are on, and no trades are still working.
• Quoted from a walk-through, by floor area and condition; the price we quote is final unless you ask us to add work.
• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., by our own office crew, never subcontractors.
• A certificate of insurance is available once your job is booked; if your contract needs your company named as additional insured, tell us and we confirm it with our insurer first.
• Not included: hauling of debris or construction waste, heavy paint, adhesive or grout removal, carpet extraction, floor stripping or waxing, outside windows, anything that needs a lift or scaffolding, and hazardous dust or mold.
