Are new cabinet, drawer and appliance interiors part of the clean?
No. Inside cabinets, drawers, appliances or storage is an extra charge, new or empty units too. List the interiors to be cleaned and confirm preparation, suitable tasks, availability and pricing before booking.
Can you take off paint, adhesive or grout haze, or remove construction waste?
Surface cleaning leaves those tasks out. Send details of any residue and show it at a free walk-through to be assessed before booking; work unsuitable for the surface or outside our service may be turned down. Construction waste removal is something to arrange with your contractor. The quote does not include scraping, hauling or restoration.
Does this cover hazardous-material cleanup or air-quality certification?
No. Hazardous-material testing or remediation, and any certification that the property or its air is safe to occupy, are not part of this service. Mention known or suspected hazardous materials before booking so the job can go to the right specialist rather than being treated as ordinary surface cleaning.
Will you come back if dust shows up after the visit?
