No. Cleaning and disinfecting are different tasks. Sanitizing or disinfecting on your list requires a suitable product, used as its label directs. Settle those tasks and any product needs ahead of time; the eco-friendly label on the service is not a claim that surfaces are disinfected.

Yes. Say whether the home needs a first visit for built-up dirt or regular upkeep. The cleaning tasks and the product choice are confirmed as two separate things. After the first visit, a routine can be set up to match what the home needs and when we are free.
