On the first visit we bring all the cleaning products and our own vacuum. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.

It depends on the size and condition of the office. We don’t rush: the crew lead checks every area before moving on to the next, so larger offices and first visits take longer.

Your equipment rules and the accepted quote set the limits. Inside glass, appliance or cabinet interiors and specialist floor care are separate add-ons.
The crew works weekdays only, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Let us know when your team comes and goes so we can look for a window inside those hours. Share opening hours, building rules, who can authorize entry, parking and a contact. A workable slot is confirmed before booking; naming a preferred time does not reserve it.
It depends on how many staff and visitors pass through, shared restrooms, food areas, the floors and your priorities. Weigh weekly, every-other-week, monthly or one-off work with us. A busy office will not stay on top of things with monthly visits alone; the rhythm and the list are set together with you.
Clear the desks you want cleaned and tell us about equipment or finishes that need care. Screens and devices are wiped only with your permission and a suitable method. Papers, confidential files and personal items stay put, and nothing is unplugged without your say-so. Entry is arranged privately before the visit.
Those are looked at separately. Inside windows and glass, appliance, cabinet and storage interiors, high dusting, carpet or upholstery care and office move-in or move-out cleans each need their own date, preparation, tasks and price. An office moving clean does not include hauling furniture or construction waste, or any inspection promise. Dishes are not washed.
The address and suite, the entrance and floor, the rooms your business controls, restroom and breakroom counts, how often you want cleaning, and who can let the crew in on a weekday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
