Interior windows and glass, appliance interiors, cabinet/storage interiors, high-dust detail, carpet or upholstery care, and office move-in/move-out work are separate services we arrange with you. On the first visit we bring all the cleaning products and our own vacuum. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.
We accept Zelle, Venmo and checks.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
It depends on the size and condition of the office. We don’t rush: the crew lead checks every area before moving on to the next, so larger offices and first visits take longer.
Please give us 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client.
You do not need to be there if authorized entry is arranged. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form.
Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.
A return visit requires authorized access. The guarantee provides a re-clean, not a refund.
