It depends on staff and visitor traffic, shared restrooms, food areas, floor condition and your priorities. We can compare weekly, biweekly, monthly or one-time work with you. A busy space will fall behind on monthly visits alone; the schedule and checklist are set together for your office.
Clear any desk you want wiped. Electronics are cleaned only with your permission and by a method suited to them; paper stacks, confidential files and personal items stay where they are, and nothing is unplugged unless you allow it. The crew photographs the office only when you request it beforehand.
Those are assessed on their own. Interior windows and glass, appliance, cabinet and storage interiors, high dusting, carpet or upholstery care, and office move-in or move-out cleaning each need their own date, preparation, tasks and price. An office move clean never automatically includes hauling furniture or construction waste, or an inspection guarantee. Dishwashing is not included.
