Book Airbnb Cleaning Rahway →Airbnb Cleaning in Rahway, NJ — Local Notes
Rahway station has NJ Transit trains on the Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast lines, with a typical ride to New York Penn Station of 38 minutes (Wikipedia). For a rental here, send the checkout, the next check-in, the rooms guests used and their condition; the turnover is accepted only when the reset fits that gap.
Settle who opens the door, where the crew may park, what happens to things guests left and which rooms are on the list. A key or code is up to you and is shared privately, never through the form. Guest laundry and dishes stay with the host; a bed-linen change costs $20 per bedroom when a clean set is waiting, and appliance or cabinet interiors are priced first.

How the gap between two stays is handled
A checkout time on its own does not reserve the crew. These points decide whether a Rahway reset can go ahead.
Price per reset
Between $120 and $210+ for each turnover, depending on the rooms guests used, their state and any extras.
Late checkout
If a guest leaves late, we agree a new window or another date with you instead of rushing the list.
Something broken
Damage we notice is reported to you; repairs are not part of the turnover.
Supplies for guests
The host restocks soap, paper goods and amenities; we clean the rooms agreed.
Busy weeks
Several turnovers in a week are quoted one by one; a same-day checkout and check-in only when the reset fits.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; a weekend checkout waits for the next weekday opening.

Before we confirm your appointment
Cleaning products and vacuum
On the first visit we bring all the cleaning products and our own vacuum. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.
Payment
We accept Zelle, Venmo and checks.
Weekday appointments
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Time for the visit
It depends on the size and condition of the home. We don’t rush: Daniela checks every room before the crew moves on to the next, so larger homes and first visits take longer.

Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.
Changing an appointment
Please give us 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another family.
