Please give us 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client.

You do not need to be home if authorized entry is arranged. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form.

Missed agreed tasks

Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.
