For eco visits we bring our vacuum and use the products you choose: you provide them, or we buy them for you and hand over the receipt. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.

Time for the visit

It depends on the size and condition of the home. We don’t rush: Daniela checks every room before the crew moves on to the next, so larger homes and first visits take longer.

You do not need to be home if authorized entry is arranged. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. No. We make no promise of chemical-free cleaning, safety for every child or pet, or allergy relief. Tell us about product restrictions, children and pets so the plan and each product's label instructions can be discussed before the visit.

Do eco products disinfect surfaces automatically?

No; cleaning and disinfecting are separate jobs. Sanitizing or disinfecting on your list needs a suitable product used as its label directs. Agree those tasks and products ahead of time; the name of the service is not a disinfection claim.

Can eco cleaning start with a first visit and then go recurring?

Yes. Say whether you need a first visit for built-up dirt or regular upkeep. The cleaning is confirmed separately from the products. After the first visit we can talk about a recurring schedule based on your home and our availability.

Do eco visits include linens, laundry or appliance interiors?

A $20-per-bedroom bed-linen change is available when you ask. Inside appliances, cabinets and storage is extra and must be agreed before booking. Laundry and mudroom areas get a light tidy only, and dishes and clothes are not washed, dried or folded.
