West Caldwell is a township in Essex County, New Jersey, and home to part of Grover Cleveland Park, a county park it shares with Caldwell and Essex Fells, according to Wikipedia. For a West Caldwell visit with product preferences, list the products or fragrances to avoid and the surfaces that need care; we check supplies and suitability before booking.
Mention children, pets, sensitivities and heavy buildup when you ask for a quote. We do not promise any product is safe for everyone, chemical-free or allergy-proof. Sanitizing or disinfecting needs a suitable product used as its label directs, so any limits are settled before we take on that task.

Helpful guide: What Eco-Friendly Cleaning Actually Means
Before we confirm your appointment
Cleaning products and vacuum
For eco visits we bring our vacuum and use the products you choose: you provide them, or we buy them for you and hand over the receipt. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.
Payment
We accept Zelle, Venmo and checks.
Weekday appointments
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Time for the visit
It depends on the size and condition of the home. We don’t rush: Daniela checks every room before the crew moves on to the next, so larger homes and first visits take longer.
Tipping
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.
Changing an appointment
Please give us 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another family.
Optional keys and access
You do not need to be home if authorized entry is arranged. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form.
Missed agreed tasks
Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.
A return visit requires authorized access. The guarantee provides a re-clean, not a refund.
