Are new cabinet, drawer, and appliance interiors included?
No. Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, appliances, or storage areas costs extra, including new or empty units. List the interiors you want cleaned and confirm preparation, suitable tasks, availability, and pricing before booking.
Do you remove paint, adhesive, grout haze, or construction waste?
Those tasks are not automatically included in surface cleaning. Send details of any residue and show it at a free walk-through for assessment before booking; we may decline work that is unsuitable for the surface or outside our service. Arrange construction waste removal with your contractor. Do not assume scraping, hauling, or restoration is part of the quote.
Is this hazardous-material cleanup or an air-quality certification?
No. This service does not include hazardous-material testing or remediation, or certification that the property or air is safe to occupy. Tell us about known or suspected hazardous materials before booking so the request can be directed to an appropriate specialist rather than treated as ordinary surface cleaning.
Will you return if dust appears after the visit?
Tell us what you see. A listed item we missed, reported within 24 hours, is re-cleaned free while access is arranged. Dust from new work or trades coming back is a new visit with its own quote.
