Does an eco-friendly product automatically disinfect surfaces?
No. Cleaning and disinfecting are different tasks. Any sanitizing or disinfecting on your checklist depends on having a suitable product and using it as its label says. Confirm those tasks and product requirements in advance; the service name alone is not a disinfection claim.
Can this be a first visit or part of recurring cleaning?
Yes. Tell us whether you need a first visit for accumulated dirt or ongoing upkeep. We confirm the cleaning itself separately from which products we use. A recurring schedule can be discussed after the initial visit, based on your home’s needs and availability.
