Do I need a deep clean before starting maid service?
In most homes, yes: the first visit is a deep clean. The exception is a home our crew has already inspected before the agreement; then the plan can start with a regular visit.
Does maid service include dishes, laundry, or linen changes?
We do not wash dishes or wash, dry, or fold clothes. Laundry and mudroom areas receive light cleanup only. Bed-linen changes are available on request for an additional $20 per bedroom. Cleaning inside appliances, cabinets or storage is extra and has to be settled before booking.
Can I include finished basement rooms?
