On the first visit we bring all the cleaning products and our own vacuum. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.

The list covers reachable work surfaces, the reception counter, meeting tables, restrooms, kitchenette counters and appliance fronts, floor care suited to each surface, and the trash and recycling bins you show us. Our crew works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tell us when your staff arrive and leave so we can find a window within those hours. Share opening hours, building rules, authorized entry, parking and a contact. We confirm a slot that works before booking, and naming a time you prefer does not hold it.
That depends on how many staff and visitors come through, shared restrooms, food areas, the floors and your priorities. Compare weekly, every-other-week, monthly or one-off work with us. Monthly visits alone will not keep a busy office on track; we set the schedule and the list with you.
Clear the desks you want cleaned and point out equipment or finishes with special needs. Screens and keyboards are wiped only with your permission and a suitable method. We wipe the surfaces we can reach; paper stacks, confidential documents and personal things stay where they are, and nothing is unplugged without your authorization. Entry is arranged privately ahead of the visit. The office is photographed only if you ask first.
