Do you clean inside new cabinets, drawers and appliances?
No. Interiors of cabinets, drawers, appliances and storage cost extra, new or empty ones included. Tell us which interiors to do and we confirm prep, suitable tasks, timing and price before booking.
Will you take off paint, adhesive or grout haze, or haul construction waste?
Surface cleaning doesn't cover those tasks. Send residue details and show the residue at a free walk-through to be assessed before booking; we can turn down work that doesn't suit the surface or our service. Waste removal is for your contractor to arrange. Scraping, hauling and restoration are not in the quote.
Do you handle hazardous materials or certify air quality?
No. We don't test for or remediate hazardous materials, and we don't certify a home or its air as safe to live in. Flag known or suspected hazardous materials before booking so that job goes to a proper specialist, not to ordinary surface cleaning.
