Confirm water, electricity, and authorized entry. We pick a date after reviewing the project and our schedule, not a set number of days after the contractor leaves.
Does the clean include inside the new cabinets, drawers and appliances?
No. Inside cabinets, drawers, appliances or storage costs extra, even when they're new or empty. List interiors to clean and agree prep, suitable tasks, timing and price before booking.
Do you take off paint, adhesive or grout haze, or remove construction waste?
Surface cleaning doesn't include those tasks by default. Send details of residue and show it at a free walk-through so it can be assessed before booking; work unsuitable for a surface or beyond our service may be turned down. Your contractor handles construction waste removal. Scraping, hauling or restoration isn't part of the quote.
Does this include hazardous-material cleanup or an air-quality sign-off?
No. We don't test for or remediate hazardous materials, nor certify the property or its air as safe to occupy. Tell us before booking about any known or suspected hazardous materials, so a specialist is involved rather than an ordinary surface clean.
Will you come back if dust shows up later?
