Leaving a key or giving us an entry code is up to you; it is never a condition of booking. If you choose to, pass the lockbox or door code to the owner directly and privately, not through the quote form. A code that changes between guests should reach us before the next turnover, so the crew is not left waiting at the door while the check-in time gets closer.
