Neither is part of an apartment clean. Plates and pans left in the sink stay for you, and the crew does not run the washer or dryer or fold clothes. If you would like the bed made up with fresh sheets, we change the bed linen for $20 per bedroom when you ask, as long as the clean set is left out for us. Everything else on the unit list you approved is covered by the price you were quoted.

Yes, as an extra. Appliance interiors, along with the insides of cabinets and storage spaces, cost more than the regular apartment rate, and that is true on a deep or move clean as well. Tell us which appliances you want opened up when you request the quote, and we will add them to the price before you confirm the date.

Pictures are taken on request made in advance and not otherwise, so if your landlord or building manager wants to see the finished rooms, say so when you book and list the rooms to cover. Once the clean is under way, a new request has to wait for a future visit. The pictures are yours to pass on however you choose.
