Apartment & Condo Cleaning in New Jersey
An apartment quote covers what is behind your front door: the kitchen, bathrooms, rooms and floors inside your unit. Tell us the floor, stairs or elevator, building entry and parking first, and we quote the real work.
Your unit, not the building
Shared halls, lobbies and other common areas need building-management approval and a separate commercial quote.
What apartment cleaning covers
The same room-by-room checklist, sized to your unit.
Kitchen
Counters, sink, backsplash, cabinet fronts, stovetop and appliance exteriors, and the kitchen floor.
Bathrooms
Toilet, tub or shower, sink, fixtures, mirrors and the floor.
Living and sleeping areas
Reachable surfaces, baseboards, blinds, interior windowsills and ledges dusted.
Floors
Carpets and rugs vacuumed and suitable hard floors mopped throughout the unit.
Building details to sort first
Most apartment delays come from access, not cleaning.
- Unit number and floor
- Stairs or elevator, and where we can unload
- Building entry and any front-desk rules
- Parking for the crew
- Landlord approval if your lease requires it
- Keys or codes shared privately, never in the form
- Shared halls and lobbies quoted separately
- We do not wash dishes or clothes

How to prepare
A few details before the visit keep the paid time focused on cleaning.
- Send the unit number, floor and elevator details
- Explain building entry and parking
- Get landlord approval first if your lease asks for it
- Say whether you want a single visit or a recurring plan
- Mention pets and delicate finishes
Every visit follows our 54-point apartment cleaning checklist (PDF): we agree which points apply to your rooms, and extras are quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions
Direct answers about apartment cleaning.
Do you clean studios?
Yes. Studios are welcome, and the quote is based on the rooms and condition of your unit.
Do you clean hallways or the lobby?
Not as part of an apartment visit. Shared areas need management approval and a separate commercial quote.
Does my landlord need to approve the cleaning?
Only if your lease requires approval for outside workers. If it does, arrange it before the visit.
Can I get pictures for my landlord?
Yes, if you ask when you book and list the rooms you want covered. Otherwise no pictures are taken.
