Cleaning inside appliances, cabinets or storage areas costs extra; ask us first and we’ll quote it. Product preferences do not automatically include these extras.

On the first visit we bring all the cleaning products and our own vacuum. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.

You do not need to be home if authorized entry is arranged. A key or code is never required. If you choose to give one, pass it to us privately, never through the quote form.

Missed agreed tasks

Report a missed item on the agreed checklist within 24 hours. We re-clean that item free while we still have access. This is the reporting deadline, not a promise to return that day. Guarantee terms
