Ask us first and we’ll quote them. Electronics are wiped only as authorized and suitable for the equipment. Confidential documents and personal items are not moved without permission. Dishwashing is not included.
Office post-renovation & new construction cleaning in Summit
For Summit offices coming out of a renovation or a new build, our office crew does the cleaning between the last trade and your first workday.
Two visits, your choice: a final clean after the trades leave and the debris is gone, and an optional touch-up before your team moves in.

On the first visit we bring all the cleaning products and our own vacuum. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.

It depends on the size and condition of the office. We don’t rush: the crew lead checks every area before moving on to the next, so larger offices and first visits take longer.
Changing an appointment
Give 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to someone else.
Optional keys and access
You do not need to be there if authorized entry is arranged. A key or code is never required. If you choose to give one, pass it to us privately, never through the quote form.
Missed agreed tasks
Report a missed item on the agreed checklist within 24 hours. We re-clean that item free while we still have access. This is the reporting deadline, not a promise to return that day. Guarantee terms
