FAQ — Move-In Cleaning West Caldwell
How much does move-in cleaning cost in West Caldwell, NJ?
Most West Caldwell move-in cleans fall within a $230–$790+ (1-bedroom $230–$340 up to $470–$790+ for a 4+ bedroom house) planning range. That is a guide, not a fixed quote or a ceiling: size, bathrooms, condition, reachable rooms and extras set the price, confirmed before booking. An empty house still leaves appliance, cabinet and storage interiors outside the base visit, as priced extras.
What does a West Caldwell move-in clean cover?
The empty rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, sills and reachable surfaces from the checklist on this page. Appliance, cabinet and drawer interiors are quoted extras. Dust from painting or floor sanding is handled by our post-renovation clean, not this one.
Who cleans my new West Caldwell house before I move in?
Daniela Marque arrives with her small crew ahead of your furniture, and nobody outside the team is sent. We are an NJ MBE certified business; report a missed move-in item within 24 hours and it is cleaned again free, and the empty rooms are photographed only if you ask.
How early should I book a West Caldwell move-in clean?
As soon as you know the date you get the keys. The quote comes back usually the same day or the next; the slot is held for that key date, since a closing date alone does not reserve it.
Do you clean West Caldwell condos before move-in?
Yes. Condos and townhouses get the same move-in list, limited to the inside of your unit.
My West Caldwell closing moved. Is my cleaning slot still held?
The slot is tied to the date you get the keys. Let us know the new key date as soon as you have it and we confirm what is open.
There is paint dust in my new West Caldwell house. Is that a move-in clean?
No. Paint or floor-sanding dust needs a post-renovation clean, which we quote separately.
Will the crew wait if my moving truck is late in West Caldwell?
No promise can be made to hold on for a late truck or come back after it. Your clean happens in the window we set together.
Are cabinet interiors cleaned on a West Caldwell move-in?
Just when you add them for an extra charge; bare cabinets and drawers do not come with the move-in visit by default.
Can I leave the key for my West Caldwell move-in in a lockbox?
Yes. Give us the code privately while entry is being set up, and leave it out of the quote form.
Do you take photos of my new West Caldwell house?
Only if you ask before we start; otherwise no pictures are taken.
