No. Once you've moved out, inside appliances, cabinets, drawers and storage is still extra. Name the interiors you need, and we'll agree dates, prep, tasks and price before booking.
Will you use my landlord's or realtor's list, and can you guarantee the deposit?
Share that checklist ahead of booking and we'll mark which tasks fit our service and price. Getting your deposit back, a landlord's or buyer's sign-off, or an inspection pass is not something we can guarantee. Missed a checklist item? Let us know within 24 hours and we re-clean it free. Do you handle garages, porches, screens or dust from renovations?
Such requests fall outside a standard household move-out unless quoted. Name finished basement rooms to be priced, and ask on their own about garages, porches, screens or other spaces. Construction dust, debris or renovation residue is assessed on its own and not folded into the move-out price.
