"They were on time, professional, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire process."
I don’t usually leave reviews, but DM House Cleaning did a really solid job. They were on time, professional, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire process.
What stood out the most was the attention to detail — they didn’t just clean the obvious areas, they went deeper and made sure everything was properly taken care of. The place felt genuinely clean and well-maintained after they finished.
If you’re looking for a dependable and professional cleaning service in the area, they’re definitely worth considering.

Helpful guide: Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly Cleaning?
Before we confirm your appointment
Cleaning products and vacuum
On the first visit we bring all the cleaning products and our own vacuum. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.
Payment
We accept Zelle, Venmo and checks.
Weekday appointments
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Time for the visit
It depends on the size and condition of the home. We don’t rush: Daniela checks every room before the crew moves on to the next, so larger homes and first visits take longer.
Tipping
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.
Changing an appointment
Please give us 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another family.
Optional keys and access
You do not need to be home if authorized entry is arranged. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form.
Missed agreed tasks
Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.
A return visit requires authorized access. The guarantee provides a re-clean, not a refund.

Questions about Maid Service in Berkeley Heights
What do recurring maid visits cost in Berkeley Heights?
Recurring plans begin at $140 a visit. House size, bathrooms, condition, rhythm, the rooms chosen and extras set the plan's price. Tasks and exact price are fixed before booking, not taken from one flat rate for every plan.
What cleaning tasks are included?
Each visit follows the checklist on this page: kitchen surfaces and appliance fronts, bathrooms, reachable dusting, baseboards, interior sills, reachable fans, floors, high-touch spots and trash. The rooms in your plan set the visit. If you want photos, say so before the crew begins.
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly: which fits my Berkeley Heights home?
Pick by how heavily the rooms are used and how much you clean in between. Weekly can suit a busy household, every other week gives steady upkeep, and monthly can work if you keep up in between. Priorities, condition, budget and open dates are talked through before a plan is set.
Do I have to book a deep clean before regular visits start?
Usually, yes. Most first visits start with a deep clean. If our crew has inspected your home before we agree the work, the first visit can be a regular cleaning.
Are dishes, laundry or fresh bed linen part of a maid visit?
Dishwashing and clothes laundry, drying and folding stay off the list. A laundry room or mudroom gets a light clean only. Fresh bed linen goes on for an added $20 per bedroom whenever you ask. Appliance, cabinet or storage interiors are extra, agreed before booking.
Can I include finished basement rooms?
Say which finished basement rooms and floors belong in the plan. Your quote spells out entry, condition, tasks and price. We clean surfaces and floors; checking humidity or fixing moisture is not part of it.
Who comes to my Berkeley Heights home on each visit?
Daniela Marque, the owner, and the same small crew each time; no subcontractors or call center. NJ MBE certified. If we skip something on your list and hear about it within 24 hours, we clean it again without charge.
What should I tell you when setting up a Berkeley Heights plan?
The rhythm you want, the rooms on each level that belong in the plan, pets, products you prefer, parking and how we get in. Changing the rhythm later is re-quoted; skipping a week is fine.
How do I book a visit or change what the crew focuses on?
Include the rhythm and start date you want, house size, bathrooms, rooms and entry details. Appointments depend on confirmed availability. Tidy loose items away and flag any changes, product choices, pets or extras before we come.
Can I skip a week of maid service?
Yes. Tell us before the visit, and the plan picks up again the next time.
What if I want to switch from biweekly to weekly?
A new rhythm is re-quoted, because the visit length and the rate change.
Are add-ons charged on every visit?
No. Extras are priced per visit, only on the visits you add them to.
Does the crew babysit or stay over?
No. The crew cleans; the service is not live-in help and does not include childcare.
