No. Cleaning and disinfecting are different tasks. Sanitizing or disinfecting only happens if a suitable product is on hand and used exactly as labeled. Agree those tasks and product needs beforehand; calling it eco-friendly does not mean surfaces are disinfected.
Can an eco visit be a one-off first clean or part of a regular plan?
Yes. Say whether this is a first visit for built-up dirt or regular upkeep. Choosing the products and agreeing the cleaning work are two separate confirmations. Once the first visit is done, we can talk about a regular schedule that suits the home and our openings.
Do eco visits cover linens, laundry or appliance interiors?
A $20-per-bedroom bed-linen change can be added if you ask. Appliance, cabinet and storage interiors are extras to settle before booking. Mudrooms and laundry areas get only a light pass. We leave dishes and all clothes laundering, drying and folding to you.
