Is inside the new cabinets, drawers and appliances included?
No. New or empty cabinets, drawers, appliances and storage still cost extra to clean inside. Name the interiors you want done and agree prep, suitable tasks, dates and price before booking.
Will you scrape paint, adhesive or grout haze, or take construction waste away?
Surface cleaning does not automatically cover those tasks. A free walk-through and notes on any residue help us assess it before booking; work that could harm a surface or falls outside our service may be declined. Construction waste removal is for your contractor to arrange. Scraping, hauling and restoration are not in the quote.
Does this cover hazardous-material cleanup or certify the air?
No. We don't test for or remove hazardous materials, and we don't certify that the house or its air is safe to live in. If hazardous materials are known or suspected, say so before booking so a suitable specialist handles it instead of an ordinary surface clean.
What if more dust shows up after you've finished?
Get in touch and we'll look at what happened. Any checklist item we overlooked, reported to us within 24 hours, is re-cleaned without charge. See the linked terms.
