On the first visit we bring all the cleaning products and our own vacuum. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.

It depends on the size and condition of the office. We don’t rush: the crew lead checks every area before moving on to the next, so larger offices and first visits take longer.

The best schedule turns on staff and visitor numbers, shared restrooms, food areas, floors and your priorities. Weigh up weekly, biweekly, monthly or one-time service with us. A busy office won't stay on top with monthly visits alone; the office schedule and checklist are set together with you.
Clear the desk areas you want cleaned and identify equipment or finishes with special requirements. Screens and keyboards are wiped only with your permission and a method suited to them. We wipe surfaces we can reach; paper stacks, confidential documents, and personal items are not moved, and computers or other equipment are not unplugged, without your authorization. Arrange authorized entry privately before service. No photos are taken in the office unless you request them first.
Those requests are assessed separately. Inside windows and glass, appliance, cabinet or storage interiors, high dusting, carpet or upholstery care and office move-in or move-out cleaning each need their own date, prep, tasks and price. An office move clean excludes hauling furniture or construction waste and carries no inspection guarantee. Dishwashing is not included.
