A closing date alone does not reserve a visit. Tell us the day you will actually have the keys and when the truck is due, and we plan around both.
What a move-in clean covers
Empty rooms let the crew reach the surfaces furniture usually hides.
Kitchen
Counters, sink, faucet, backsplash, cabinet fronts and appliance exteriors, and the kitchen floor vacuumed and mopped.
Bathrooms
Toilets, tubs and showers, sinks, fixtures and mirrors, and the floors, before your own products go in.
Rooms and closets
Dusting reachable surfaces, baseboards, blinds, interior windowsills and ledges in each empty room.
Floors
Every agreed room vacuumed and suitable hard floors mopped, edge to edge, while nothing is in the way.

When should the move-in clean happen?
After you have the keys and before your furniture arrives. Empty rooms are faster to clean and nothing blocks the floors or closets.
Does a move-in clean include the inside of cabinets?
Only if you ask for it. Cabinet, drawer and appliance interiors are priced extras agreed before booking.
What if my closing date moves?
The visit is set around the day you actually have the keys, so it is fine to wait until that date is firm.
Do I need to be there?
No, if authorized entry is arranged. Providing a key or code is optional and your choice.
