Tell us about building dust before booking so the tasks can be judged. Hauling construction waste, repairs and specialist cleanup are not included.
How soon after the builders leave can the Cranford dust clean happen?
Ask for a date once the dusty work is done, tools and construction waste are out of the rooms, and the new finishes can be cleaned under their care instructions. Confirm water, power and who can let us in. The date is agreed after we review the project and our open weekdays, not a set number of days after the contractor goes.

No. The inside of cabinets, drawers, appliances or storage is extra, new or empty units included. List the interiors you want done and settle preparation, suitable tasks, the date and the price before booking.
Will the crew take off paint, adhesive or grout haze, or clear building waste?
Not as part of surface cleaning. Send details of any residue and show it at a free walk-through before booking; we may turn down work that is wrong for the surface or outside our service. Construction waste removal is for your contractor to arrange. Scraping, hauling and restoration are not in the quote.
Does the clean deal with hazardous materials or certify the air?
No. We do not test for or remove hazardous materials, and we do not certify that the house or its air is safe to live in. Tell us about any known or suspected hazardous materials before booking so the job can go to the right specialist instead of being treated as surface cleaning.
What if more dust shows up after the Cranford dust clean?
Get in touch so we can look at what happened. Anything on the list we missed is redone free when you report it inside 24 hours. The terms page has the details.
