You do not need to be home if authorized entry is arranged. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form.
Missed agreed tasks
Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.
A return visit requires authorized access. The guarantee provides a re-clean, not a refund.

No. We make no promise of chemical-free cleaning, safety for all children or pets, or allergy relief. Let us know product limits and about any children and pets, so we can go over the plan and label directions before the visit.
Do eco-friendly products disinfect by default?
No. Cleaning and disinfecting are different tasks. Sanitizing or disinfecting on your list needs a suitable product, applied as its label directs. Settle those tasks and product needs up front; the label eco-friendly is not a claim that anything is disinfected.
Can an eco clean be a first visit or part of ongoing service?
Yes. Tell us if it is a first visit for heavy dirt or routine upkeep. The cleaning work and the product choice are confirmed as two separate things. After the first visit we can discuss a repeat schedule based on what the house needs and when we're free.
Are linens, laundry or appliance insides part of an eco visit?
Fresh bed linen can go on for $20 per bedroom when you request it. Inside appliances, cabinets and storage is extra and must be agreed before booking. The laundry room and mudroom get a light cleanup only. Dishes and clothes laundry, drying and folding stay with you.
