Will you scrape off paint, adhesive or grout haze, or remove building waste?
Not as part of surface cleaning. Share notes on any residue and show it at a free walk-through ahead of booking; we may decline work that would harm the surface or falls outside our service. Your contractor arranges construction waste removal. The quote never covers scraping, hauling or restoration.
Does the service handle hazardous materials or certify air quality?
No. We neither test for nor remediate hazardous materials, and we do not certify that the house or its air is safe to occupy. Tell us about known or suspected hazardous materials before booking so the job can go to a proper specialist instead of being handled as surface cleaning.
What if dust shows up again after our Convent Station visit?
Contact us and we will review what happened. A checklist item we missed is cleaned again free when you report it within 24 hours. The terms spell out the details.
