No. Appliance, cabinet, drawer and storage interiors are extra even after you have moved out. Tell us which ones you need, and the date, preparation, tasks and price are agreed before booking.
Can you work from my landlord's or agent's list and promise my deposit?
Send that list before booking and we confirm which cleaning tasks fit our service and the quote. We never guarantee a deposit refund, a landlord's or buyer's approval, or an inspection result. If we miss an item on our own checklist, report it within 24 hours and it is cleaned again free. The terms spell out the details.
Can garages, porches, screens or building dust be added to a move-out?
They are not included by default. Name any finished basement rooms you want quoted, and ask separately about garages, porches, screens or other areas. Building dust, debris and renovation residue are assessed on their own and sit outside the move-out price.
