Time for the visit

It depends on the size and condition of the home. We don’t rush: Daniela checks every room before the crew moves on to the next, so larger homes and first visits take longer.

You do not need to be home if authorized entry is arranged. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. Can an eco visit be a single first clean or a regular plan?

Both work. Say whether the first visit is for built-up dirt or ordinary upkeep. The cleaning is confirmed on its own terms, apart from the product choice, and a regular schedule can be talked over after that first visit based on the house and our open dates.

Do eco visits cover sheets, laundry or appliance interiors?

A sheet change costs $20 per bedroom more when you ask. The inside of appliances, cabinets and storage is extra and agreed before booking. Laundry and mudroom areas get a light tidy only, and dishes and washing, drying or folding clothes are left to you.
