You do not need to be home if authorized entry is arranged. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form.
Missed agreed tasks
Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.

Does a green product also disinfect?
No. Cleaning and disinfecting are separate jobs. Any sanitizing on your list needs a product made for it, used the way its label directs. Agree those tasks and the products ahead of time; calling the service eco-friendly is not a disinfection claim.
Can a green-product clean be a one-off or an ongoing plan?
Either. Tell us whether the first visit faces built-up grime or plain upkeep. The cleaning itself is confirmed apart from the product choice, and an ongoing rhythm can be talked over after that first visit, based on the house and open dates.
Do green-product visits include sheets, laundry or appliance interiors?
Fresh sheets go on for $20 per bedroom more when you ask. The inside of appliances, cabinets and storage is an add-on settled before booking. Laundry and mudroom corners get a light tidy, and we do not wash dishes or wash, dry or fold clothes.
Who cleans my home, and how do I arrange a Cranford visit?
