Send that list before booking and we will say which cleaning tasks fit our service and the quote. We never promise a deposit refund, a landlord's or buyer's approval, or an inspection result. Anything on our own list that we miss is redone free when you report it inside 24 hours. The terms page has the details.
Can the move-out clean include the garage, porch, screens or building dust?
Not by default. Name any finished basement rooms you want quoted, and ask about garages, porches, screens or other spaces separately. Construction dust, debris and renovation residue need their own assessment and are not in the move-out price.
