Are garages, porches, screens or renovation dust covered?
Household move-out cleaning does not automatically take those on. Name the finished-basement rooms you want priced, and ask on their own about garages, porches, screens or other spaces. Construction dust, debris and renovation residue are assessed separately, not folded into the move-out price.
