For eco visits we bring our vacuum and use the products you choose: you provide them, or we buy them for you and hand over the receipt. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.
Payment
We accept Zelle, Venmo and checks.
Weekday appointments
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Time for the visit
It depends on the size and condition of the home. We don’t rush: Daniela checks every room before the crew moves on to the next, so larger homes and first visits take longer.
Tipping
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.
Changing an appointment
Please give us 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another family.
Optional keys and access
You do not need to be home if authorized entry is arranged. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form.
Missed agreed tasks
Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.
A return visit requires authorized access. The guarantee provides a re-clean, not a refund.

Can I request fragrance-free cleaning products?
Yes, you can request them. Before we accept that condition, we check the exact products, whether we can get them and whether they suit your surfaces. Asking does not guarantee that each product, or the home afterwards, will have no scent.
Can you promise chemical-free cleaning or safety for kids and pets?
No. Chemical-free cleaning, safety for every child or pet and allergy relief are not things we promise. Tell us any product limits and about the children and pets at home, and we will go over the plan and the label directions before we come.
Will an eco-friendly product disinfect surfaces on its own?
No. Cleaning and disinfecting are different tasks. Sanitizing or disinfecting on your list needs a suitable product used exactly as its label directs. Agree those tasks and product needs ahead of time; calling the service eco-friendly does not claim disinfection.
Can the eco visit be a first one-off or join a regular plan?
Yes. Say whether you want a first visit for built-up dirt or steady upkeep. The cleaning work is agreed on its own, apart from the choice of products. After the first visit we can talk about a regular schedule, depending on what the home needs and our open dates.
Do eco visits include linens, laundry or appliance interiors?
Fresh bed linens can be put on for $20 per bedroom when requested. Appliance, cabinet and storage interiors are extra and must be agreed before the booking. Laundry rooms and mudrooms get only a light tidy. Dishwashing and clothes washing, drying or folding are outside this service.
