We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form.
Missed agreed tasks
Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge. A return visit also requires access to the property.

No. We work only inside your own apartment or condo unit. Lobbies, shared halls and other common spaces in the building are left out.
Do you change bed linens or clean inside appliances?
A bed-linen change is available for an extra $20 per bedroom when requested. Appliance, cabinet and storage interiors carry an extra charge; agree the day, the task list and the price ahead of booking. Laundry washing, drying and folding are not offered.
