What is included after a renovation?

Describe the renovation dust before you book so we can judge the tasks. Hauling construction waste, repairs and specialist cleanup are outside the job.
When can you come in after the contractor is done?
Ask for a date once dusty work has ended, tools and construction waste are out of the work areas and the finishes can be cleaned under their care instructions. Confirm water, electricity, and authorized entry. The date is agreed after we review the project and our calendar; we do not promise a set number of days after the contractor leaves.
Do you clean inside new cabinets, drawers and appliances?
No. Cabinet, drawer, appliance and storage interiors cost extra, new or empty ones included. Name the interiors you want and agree the preparation, suitable tasks, date and price before booking.
Will the crew take off paint, adhesive or grout haze, or clear construction waste?
Surface cleaning does not cover those tasks. Send notes on any residue so we can look at it during a free walk-through before booking; work that is wrong for the surface or outside our service may be declined. Your contractor should handle removing construction waste. Scraping, hauling and restoration stay out of the quote.
Do you handle hazardous materials or certify air quality?
No. We do not test for or remediate hazardous materials, and we do not certify that the home or its air is safe to live in. If hazardous materials are known or suspected, say so before booking so the job goes to a suitable specialist instead of being handled as ordinary surface cleaning.
What if more dust settles after the visit?
Get in touch and we will look at what happened. A checklist item we missed and you report within 24 hours is covered by our re-clean guarantee. See the linked terms. More construction, dust from new work or an extra cleanup stage gets its own assessment; no follow-up visit is included or set for two weeks later.
