Must the new home be fully empty?

Do oven, fridge, cabinet and drawer interiors come standard?
No. Even with the home empty, appliance, cabinet, drawer and storage interiors are charged as extras. Name the interiors you want and settle the date, preparation, tasks and price before you book.

Point out the finished-basement rooms and floors to add to the quote. Garages, porches, screens and anything beyond the household work described here are only included if agreed. Describe what you need there so we can check dates and price instead of treating it as standard.
What do you need to know about ongoing work or entry?
Tell us about painting or renovation still going on, the room condition, parking and entry details, and whether water and power will be on. A standard move-in visit does not cover construction debris or specialized cleanup. If the work or the entry plan changes, let us know and we will review it and recheck our dates.
