Cleaning inside appliances, cabinets or storage areas costs extra; ask us first and we’ll quote it. Move-out cleaning does not automatically include these extras.

  • Mover date, key-return or closing time, who will arrange entry, parking, a steep or tight drive.
  • Landlord, buyer or realtor list. We match it to what we actually do. Their form does not enlarge the quote by itself.
  • Oven, fridge, cabinet, drawer and storage interiors are extras — even in an empty house. Ask first.
  • Garage, porch, screens and the space behind large appliances are not automatic. The free walk-through helps. Stains, wear and damage can limit the result.

When should cleaning happen before the keys go back?

We confirm scope and availability Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.; published time estimates are not a guaranteed arrival-to-finish window. Keep water and power on and arrange authorized entry.

What is included, and are appliance or cabinet interiors extra?

Agreed rooms include kitchen exteriors, bathrooms, floors, reachable dusting, high-touch surfaces, fans and interior windowsills, following the 54-point guide where applicable and safely accessible. Oven and fridge interiors are extra, typically $30–$50 each; cabinet interiors are typically $40–$100. Drawer and storage interiors are also separately quoted. No dishes or laundry. Construction dust needs a separate post-renovation assessment.

What if boxes, trash or unwanted furniture remain?

We clean accessible areas around leftover boxes; we do not move boxes or clean underneath them. Arrange removal of unwanted belongings and bulk items before the visit. We do not do dump runs or haul trash. Blocked rooms, stains, wear and damage can limit the result.

Will you follow a landlord or buyer’s list, and do you guarantee my deposit?

Send the list before booking so we can compare it with the work we provide. We clean the tasks agreed in our quote; another party’s list does not add work automatically. We do not guarantee a security-deposit refund or acceptance by a landlord or buyer.

What if I notice a missed task after moving out?

If an agreed task was missed, let us know within 24 hours of the visit and we re-clean it for free. A return visit requires authorized access to the property. That 24-hour limit is for reporting; it does not mean we come back within 24 hours. The guarantee covers a re-clean; it does not refund the payment.

Keys and access

No, you don’t need to be home. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form. Daniela is at every cleaning, and we’ve lived in Kenilworth since 2007, so our reputation here means everything to us.

Missed agreed tasks

Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.

The 24 hours is the reporting deadline, not a promise to return within 24 hours. Guarantee terms.
