Can you clean a partly furnished home or work around boxes?
Tell us whether the home is empty, partly furnished or occupied. Leftover boxes stay where they are: we clean the open areas around them, not under them, and we do not move them. Blocked rooms may need to be left out of the agreed work. Water and power need to be on. Tell us who will arrange authorized entry and share parking instructions.
Does move-in cleaning include dust after painters or renovation work?
Construction dust and debris cleanup are not included. Request a separate post-renovation assessment and quote for renovation residue. Paint-overspray removal is not automatically included or guaranteed; confirm whether we can safely handle it before booking.
Do you bring your own products and vacuum for a move-in?
Yes. We bring all the cleaning products and our own vacuum for your move-in cleaning.
