What to send before we quote

  • What was done, which rooms and floors, how much dust is left. Free walk-through. Whether workers, furniture or stored material stay.
  • New floors, counters, fixtures and the care instructions. We do not scrape paint, adhesive, grout haze or hardened residue.
  • Appliance, cabinet, drawer and storage interiors are extras — even when empty. Ask first.
  • Reachable sills follow your list. Screens, exterior glass, porch, garage, high work and duct interiors are not automatic.
  • One visit covers the list that day. If trades come back and leave more dust, we quote another visit. That second pass is not included.

Ordinary buildup, no remodel? Deep cleaning. Moving in after this? Move-in. Handing keys back? Move-out.

No debris hauling or dump runs. Tools, lumber, tile, bags and scraps must be removed before we arrive. We do not scrape paint, adhesive, grout haze or hardened residue, or clean lead dust or other hazardous materials. If paint was disturbed in a pre-1978 home, consult your lead-safe renovation professional about any required cleanup and verification before ordinary cleaning.

Can you clean interiors and newly finished surfaces?

Appliance, cabinet, drawer and storage interiors are extras, even when empty. Tell us what you want included before booking. Supply installer care instructions for new floors, counters and fixtures; we confirm the work we can safely perform. Screens, exterior glass, porches, garages, high work and duct interiors are not automatically included.

Is another visit included if the contractors return?

No. The agreed list is finished in that single visit. If trades return and leave new dust, we quote another visit separately. If we missed an agreed task, report it within 24 hours; we re-clean that task at no charge with authorized access. The 24 hours is the reporting deadline, not a same-day return promise.

Keys and access

No, you don’t need to be home. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form. Daniela is at every cleaning, and we’ve lived in Kenilworth since 2007, so our reputation here means everything to us.

Missed agreed tasks

Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.
