What’s included and what’s extra
Laundry and mudroom areas receive light cleanup only. We do not wash dishes or wash, dry or fold clothes. Bed-linen changes are available upon request for an additional $20 per bedroom. Cleaning inside appliances, cabinets or storage areas costs extra; ask us first and we’ll quote it. Product preferences do not automatically include these extras.
For your first cleaning, we review your rooms, their condition and your priorities with you. We confirm the work and price before booking, including any additional attention needed.

On the first visit we bring supplies and tell you each product before we start. On later visits we use yours, or we can purchase them for you and provide the receipt. Which products will you use, and can I supply my own?
Send the product names, fragrances or ingredients to avoid, and the surfaces to clean. We confirm availability and suitability before booking. On the first visit we bring the agreed supplies and our vacuum. On later visits we still bring our vacuum and use your products, or purchase them for you and provide the receipt. Label your products and leave them out. If something is missing, we ask before substituting. We identify a product certification only after checking that specific product and label.
Can you accommodate fragrance preferences and homes with children or pets?
Ask before booking so we can confirm fragrance-free options, availability and suitability for the agreed surfaces. Tell us which rooms children and pets use so we can plan access and follow the chosen products’ label instructions. We do not promise an allergy-free home or call any cleaner safe for every person, pet or surface.
Can you sanitize or disinfect with the products I choose?
Any sanitizing or disinfecting task needs a suitable product used according to its label. We confirm compatibility with your product preferences before booking. Choosing a preferred product does not automatically mean it can perform every task on the checklist.
Does this service cost more?
Usually no. Recurring starting prices per visit are $140 weekly or $170 every two weeks for a 1–2 BR apartment, and $190 weekly or $220 every two weeks for a 2–3 BR house. Your home and agreed scope determine the quote. If a specific product costs more, we quote the difference before booking. Extra cleaning time and requested interiors are quoted separately.
What happens if my preferred product is unsuitable or cannot handle the buildup?
We tell you before that work starts and agree an alternative product or the work we can perform. We ask before substituting products. Heavy buildup may need additional deep-cleaning time, quoted separately; a product choice does not add extra time or interiors to your visit.
Before we book your visit
Your quote confirms the rooms, products, price and appointment. Sending a request does not reserve a time.
Payment
We accept Zelle, Venmo and checks.
Weekday appointments
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Time for your home
It depends on the size and condition of the home. We don’t rush: Daniela checks every room before the crew moves on to the next, so larger homes and first visits take longer.
Tipping
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.
Changing your appointment
Please give us 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client.
Keys and access
No, you don’t need to be home. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form. Daniela is at every cleaning, and we’ve lived in Kenilworth since 2007, so our reputation here means everything to us.
Missed agreed tasks
Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.
