What does a recurring maid visit include, and what costs extra?

Your agreed rooms: kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathrooms, floors, reachable dust and high-touch areas. Each recurring visit follows the 54-point guide wherever the surfaces exist and are safe to reach. Entry grit is included when that floor is in scope. Washing dishes and washing, drying or folding clothes are not part of maid service. Bed-linen changes are $20 per bedroom on request, with clean replacements supplied on site. Inside the appliances, cabinets and storage is quoted on its own.

Should I choose weekly, biweekly or monthly visits?

Choose weekly, biweekly or monthly visits according to the rooms, household use and condition between appointments. Tell us about entry-floor dirt or other priorities; we confirm the frequency and tasks with you.

How much does recurring maid service cost?

Starting prices per visit depend on home size and frequency. For a 1–2 BR apartment: $140 weekly, $170 every two weeks or $190 monthly. For a 2–3 BR house: $190, $220 or $240. For a 3–4 BR house: $240, $260 or $290. For a 4–5 BR house: $310, $340 or $380. The three figures follow the same weekly, every-two-weeks, monthly order. Larger homes need an individual quote. Condition, agreed rooms and extras affect the price; we confirm the quote before booking.

Will the first visit need a deep clean?

Usually. Most plans begin with one deep clean; if our crew has walked through your home before the agreement, we can begin with a regular visit instead.

Will Daniela and the same crew clean my home?

Yes. Daniela Marque leads the same small crew; we do not use subcontractors. We are owner-operated, insured for $1,000,000 in general liability and NJ MBE certified, #A0654-63.

Who provides cleaning products and the vacuum?

We bring every product and our own vacuum on the first recurring visit. From then on the vacuum still comes with us and we use your products: buy the ones you like, or we buy them and give you the receipt.

Can I change the frequency or rooms between visits?

Tell us before the next visit if you want to change the frequency, rooms, products or requested extras. We then check the schedule and confirm the new scope and any change in price. To move or cancel a visit, give us 48 hours’ notice.

Keys and access

No, you don’t need to be home. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form. Daniela is at every cleaning, and we’ve lived in Kenilworth since 2007, so our reputation here means everything to us.

Missed agreed tasks

Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.
