We set the date after reviewing the project and availability, not a set number of days after the contractor leaves.
Are the insides of new cabinets, drawers and appliances included?
No. Inside cabinets, drawers, appliances or storage costs extra, even when new or empty. List the interiors you want, then we confirm preparation, suitable tasks, availability and price before booking.
Will you remove paint, adhesive, grout haze or construction waste?
Surface cleaning doesn't automatically include them. Before booking, send details of residue and show it at a free walk-through to be assessed; we may say no to work unsuited to the surface or beyond our service. Your contractor should arrange construction waste removal. Scraping, hauling and restoration aren't part of the quote.
Does this include hazardous-material cleanup or air-quality certification?
No. Hazardous-material testing or remediation, and certifying the property or air as safe to occupy, are not part of this service. Tell us before booking about known or suspected hazardous materials, so that work goes to the right specialist instead of ordinary surface cleaning.
Will you come back if dust settles after the visit?
Contact us and we review what happened. If we missed a checklist item and you tell us within 24 hours, it is re-cleaned free. See the linked terms. More construction, dust from new work or an extra cleanup stage is assessed on its own; a follow-up visit is neither included nor fixed for two weeks later.
