We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form.
Missed agreed tasks
Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.
A return visit requires authorized access. The guarantee provides a re-clean, not a refund.
