For eco visits we bring our vacuum and use the products you choose: you provide them, or we buy them for you and hand over the receipt. On later visits we still bring our vacuum, and we use your products: you can buy the ones you like, or we can buy them for you and give you the receipt.

You do not need to be home if authorized entry is arranged. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form.
Missed agreed tasks
Report a missed agreed task within 24 hours of the visit; we will re-clean that task at no charge.
A return visit requires authorized access. The guarantee provides a re-clean, not a refund.

No. Cleaning and disinfecting are different tasks. Sanitizing or disinfecting on your list needs a suitable product, used as the label instructs. Agree those tasks and product needs ahead; the word eco-friendly is no disinfection claim.
Can eco cleaning start as a first visit or run on a schedule?
Yes. Say if you want a first visit for built-up dirt or ongoing upkeep. The cleaning work is confirmed apart from the product choice. Once the first visit is done, a recurring schedule can be set around your home's needs and our openings.
Are linens, laundry or appliance interiors part of eco visits?
On request we change bed linens for $20 per bedroom more. Appliance, cabinet and storage interiors are extras agreed before the booking. Laundry rooms and mudrooms get a light tidy only. We leave dishes and clothes laundry to you.
